PENSION REDUCTON FOR WHAT: SAVING THE HONOUR OF WIFE?

@adgpi Pension Reduction Case

@rajnathsingh @narendramodi @PMOIndia @DefenceMinIndia @DGPHaryana @DGPPunjabPolice

Need to Know the Stand of the Government, the President, and the COAS Is It Different for Different Citizens?

I seek answers as a veteran who rendered 21 years of unblemished service to the Nation.

My only "fault" was standing by my serving wife when she was subjected to forcible medical treatment at Military Hospital, Ambala, without our consent and contrary to established legal safeguards. During this ordeal, certain officers and their subordinates allegedly used force against her, outraged her modesty, and even made obscene gestures towards us. Written complaints were submitted, the incidents were publicly reported, and supporting video evidence was formally placed on record.

Instead of addressing these serious allegations, a fabricated narrative was allegedly created against me. A false case of "disrupting public servants" was registered. Questions remain unanswered:

- Is outraging the modesty of a woman permissible if done under the orders of a superior officer?

- Why has no action-taken report been provided despite RTI applications?

- Why were my wife's pay and allowances stopped?

- Why was my pension reduced by 50% on the basis of a disputed FIR alleging that I assaulted around 30 individuals, despite video evidence contradicting the allegations?

When videos exposing the incident went viral, CCTV footage that could have established the truth was reportedly destroyed. Yet, after more than a year, pre-summoning evidence has been recorded against multiple authorities.

Today, I seek an explanation for the apparent discrimination in the application of law.

Why are elected representatives with criminal cases permitted to hold office and draw salaries? Why are some convicted personnel allowed to continue in service or retain pensionary benefits, while others face severe punitive action merely on the basis of allegations that remain under challenge?

Is this because of fear of accountability? Or because I chose to speak for soldiers' fundamental rights, oppose the Agnipath Scheme, and raise concerns regarding unlawful interference in the privacy and dignity of serving personnel?

Facts will always prevail over manufactured narratives. Organized trolling, character assassination, and propaganda cannot erase documentary evidence.

The Indian Army is a noble institution built on sacrifice, honour, and the blood of martyrs. Let us not allow personal interests, careerism, or the pursuit of promotions and awards to tarnish its reputation.

I call upon silent officers of integrity to rise, uphold the values they swore to defend, and ensure that justice is not sacrificed for convenience.

The uniform represents duty, courage, and honour not fear, favour, or silence.

The Nation deserves answers. Soldiers deserve justice. The institution deserves truth.
