JUDICIAL CONDUCT: Sacred duties towards Nation!!

One of the fundamental reasons judges have traditionally maintained a degree of separation from social circles and public influences is to preserve the independence and integrity of the judiciary.
Judicial office is not merely a profession; it is a solemn service to the Nation. Judges are entrusted with safeguarding the rights of citizens and upholding the rule of law without fear, favour, affection, or bias. In our country, judges command immense respect and are often regarded with the highest reverence. That is precisely why judicial conduct must not only be fair and impartial but must also be seen and perceived as fair and impartial.
The credibility of the judiciary rests as much on public confidence as on legal authority. Judicial service demands a lifelong commitment to constitutional values, independence, and integrity. Whoever performs these sacred duties must uphold these principles at all times, because for millions of citizens, the courtroom remains the last refuge of justice, and judges continue to be regarded as our "My Lords" in the noblest sense of the term.
